CANCELLATIONS
There is a cancellation fee of $25 for any cancellation with less than 24 hours notice.
No Call/No Text/No Show:
No shows will be charged a no show fee in the amount of 100% the total cost of service. Future appointments will require a booking fee in the amount of 100% the total cost of service and all past due balances must be paid in full in order to schedule.
TARDINESS
Late Arrival: Your appointment will be automatically cancelled after 15 minutes of no call no text or no show.
In order to be able to receive the full Piscean Touch experience, the full allotted time given for the appointment will need to be utilized. Understand that arriving late will result in less time being allowed for services due to your tardiness. No extra time will be added.
However, if Piscean Touch is at fault for not being able to start within 15 minutes of your appointment time, a credit or extra time will be applied towards that appointment.
REFUNDS
All booking fees and prepayments are non refundable and non transferrable. There are absolutely no refunds on any services. If you experience an allergy or any discomfort and are unable to continue wearing lash extensions, they will be removed free of charge.
On the day of your appointment you agree to...
-No coffee or heavy fluid consumption prior to appointment.
This will cause frequent bathroom breaks.
-Use the bathroom BEFORE your appointment time.
You should be seated on the recliner at your appointment time so that I may prepare you for service.
-Silence and put away phones.
-Come in with no eye makeup or foundation.
-Not to bring any extra guests/children.
This is your time to clear your mind and relax. Having to entertain extra guests is distracting and slows down servicing.
-Communicate freely.
I will ask periodically if you are comfortable. Never hesitate to ask questions, make a music change request or ask for a bathroom break if needed.
By signing below you understand that Piscean Touch has the right to refuse service and that you can be banned from scheduling future bookings by not respecting the above policies.
